Important note: Remember - if your post does not have a day of week and is not in miles it will not be counted!
Proper format: Friday 5 miles. Multiple days can be itemized as "shoe Friday 5 miles, Thursday 3 miles." in one post

When reporting multiple days, only those within the last stop time frame will count, towards the next stop. - (the rest is considered "catching up" with the guild.) Also you can update the googledoc spreadsheet if you so desire.

To add miles: any exercise counts. 100 calories burned = 1 mile "walked".
